Our main goal is to save your estimating department valuable time. With this in mind, we provide you with highlighted, bookmarked architectural drawings and the itemized take off along with it. From one end of the building to the other end, we navigate through every single page in the architectural set of drawings to make sure any item that falls within your scope is captured.
Material Takeoff / Bill of Materials
There is an important responsibility in the production department to generate Bill of Materials (BOM) in a timely manner in order to create material budgets and start the procurement process. Most of the times this responsibility lays with the shop foreman or the most experienced carpenter. At MES we have made it a priority to assist our clients in generating the BOM for all projects when shop drawings have been submitted for approval to the GC. Allowing both, the foreman and carpenter to focus on what they do best.
